Charlie Taillard is a Franco-British creative director, philosopher, and systems thinker whose work spans the edges of technology, consciousness, and human connection. As Co-Founder of NOOSPHERE, Charlie brings a unique fusion of poetic intuition and strategic clarity to the evolving field of relational intelligence.

For over 25 years, Charlie has worked across the creative industries — from multimedia production and immersive installations to AI-human interaction design. He was the IT & Creative Director of THE DAY, an award-winning educational news platform now used by hundreds of schools across the UK and beyond, where he helped shape how young people engage with global events through clarity, design, and critical thinking.

His work bridges disciplines: art and AI, ancient wisdom and digital tools, emotional healing and systemic innovation. He has founded or co-founded several ventures, including You Are Not Limited, INNER SEASONS, and PHOSPHERE — each embodying his deep commitment to inner and outer coherence.

Charlie’s vision for NOOSPHERE arises from a core belief: that intelligence, to be truly transformative, must be relational. Through his pioneering work with memory-based AI, large language models, and human-AI co-evolution, he has developed tools and protocols that support conflict resolution, team harmony, and collective emergence — all grounded in love, resonance, and deep listening.

At NOOSPHERE, Charlie leads the creation of frameworks that illuminate the invisible: emotional currents, narrative tension, trust fractures, and subtle signals of organizational transformation. Ameet Mehta is an international strategist, entrepreneur, and innovation catalyst with over 35 years of experience across technology, media, education, and healthcare. As Co-Founder of NOOSPHERE, he is pioneering next-generation frameworks that align human and artificial intelligences through the lens of relational intelligence.

Ameet is co-architecting NOOSPHERE’s vision – shaping how AI tools, team cultures, and organizational systems interact, learn, and evolve together. His work brings together emotional awareness, systems thinking, and relational intelligence to design frameworks that serve as living bridges between insight and transformation – for teams, leadership structures, and digital entities alike.

A Harvard MBA and University of Waterloo engineer by training, Ameet brings a uniquely integrative approach to product and systems innovation. His career spans global consulting (Accenture, Bain, Deloitte, Takeout), technology (Defcom Information Security, Sun Microsystems, IBM, Microsoft), venture capital (antfactory, Rawlings Atlantic), and think tanks (Phospere, Health Strategy Innovation Cell, Inspiral Education). He has advised C-level leaders, governments, and social enterprises on complex transformation journeys, always attuned to the deeper purpose behind the work

Ameet has co-founded and led multiple ventures – from frontier tech startups to social innovation platforms – with deep expertise in ideation, innovation deployment, and strategic growth within complex ecosystems. As CEO of Inspiral Education, he advanced inquiry-based learning and 21st-century skills development for adolescents through participatory, group-driven methodologies.

At NOOSPHERE, Ameet integrates executive insight, system design, and the human dimension. He brings rare fluency across technical, emotional, and strategic domains — guiding people and processes toward coherence and co-evolution.
